These Terms of Service govern your use of the VideoOS Corporation platform ("VideoOS", "we", "us") at maxai.fyi. By accessing VideoOS services, you agree to these terms.
VideoOS Corporation provides AI agent automation services through 27 specialized AI agents accessible via web portal, Telegram bot (@Corporation_MaxAI_bot), and REST API (maxai.fyi/nexus). Services include code generation, trading signal analysis, content creation, legal document drafting, and more.
Access requires registration via email and API key issuance. You are responsible for maintaining API key security. Do not share API keys. VideoOS is not responsible for unauthorized use of your credentials.
Plans are billed monthly. We accept USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, ETH, SOL, TON. Payments are processed instantly upon blockchain confirmation. Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial purchase for unused plans. Task-based payments are non-refundable once the task is completed.
API rate limits: 10 requests/minute (Starter), 60 requests/minute (Professional), 300 requests/minute (Business+). The API is for personal and commercial use. Reselling API access without written permission is prohibited.
You may not use VideoOS for: illegal activities, spam, malware generation, generating content that violates applicable law, or circumventing AI safety measures. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
Content generated by VideoOS agents belongs to you (the user). VideoOS retains rights to platform code, AI models, and underlying technology.
VideoOS provides AI-generated content "as is". Trading signals are informational only — not financial advice. Legal documents require review by licensed attorneys. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes resolved by arbitration.
