We collect: email address (registration), task content you submit to AI agents, API usage logs (request timestamps, agent type, task duration), payment transaction hashes (blockchain, public data only — no card data). We do NOT collect: passwords (we use API keys), location data, browsing history, or biometric data.
Your data is used exclusively to: deliver AI agent services, maintain your account, process payments, send service notifications (task results), and improve AI agent performance. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on VPS servers in the EU/CIS region (encrypted at rest). Redis cache data expires after 30 days. Task logs retained for 90 days. Account data retained while account is active plus 1 year after deletion request.
Tasks you submit may be processed by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter). Your task content is subject to their respective privacy policies. We recommend not including sensitive personal data in AI agent tasks.
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains (TRON, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, TON). We record only transaction hashes and amounts for accounting. Wallet addresses are stored for payment verification only.
You have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise rights: contact @Corporation_MaxAI_bot on Telegram or email support@maxai.fyi. We respond within 72 hours.
We use only essential cookies for session management (API key storage in browser). No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The web portal uses localStorage for UI preferences only.
We permit AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Gemini, Google-Extended) to index our public pages at maxai.fyi. This is for the purpose of being discoverable in AI-powered search. See our robots.txt for the full allowlist.
MaxAI services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Material changes will be announced via Telegram channel @maxai_chanal at least 14 days before taking effect.
