Generate a video from a script

Problem

You want a finished short-form video from a text idea, without editing.

Solution

VideoOS turns a script into a vertical MP4 automatically: Claude builds a shot list, Pexels supplies stock footage, an AI voice (ElevenLabs → Piper → gTTS fallback) narrates, and FFmpeg adds karaoke-style captions, background music and a brand outro. A 4-scene short renders in ~22s (measured). It now generates cinematic AI scenes across 15+ engines (Veo, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo, Wan, Vidu, PixVerse) via the same routing as the /v1/videos API — not talking-head avatars.

Examples

POST /nexus/video/render  {"topic":"...","platform":"tiktok"}
Free anonymous preview: POST /api/v1/guest/preview {"prompt":"..."}

FAQ

Does it make AI avatars?

No talking-head avatars — MaxAI generates cinematic scene footage (multi-engine) plus voiceover and captions. For avatars see HeyGen/Synthesia.

How many free renders?

1 full render per IP per day; or one watermarked guest preview without signup.
